Welcome to Heritage Odyssey and aboard the USS Heritage, a 30th-century Starfleet research submarine assigned to a vast ocean planet. Stationed at the planet’s only outpost on a single landmass, an island, the Heritage and her crew of fifty specialists explore alien seas, operate advanced hydrocraft, and maintain vital communications with Starfleet Command.

With eight decks and one sub-deck dedicated to command, habitation, science, monitoring, and engineering, the vessel serves as both a hub for discovery and a safeguard against the unknown. Advanced biotechnology enhances life support and adaptability beneath alien waters, while integrated artificial intelligence assists in navigation, analysis, and monitoring.

Every dive carries the promise of new knowledge, from uncharted ecosystems to signals hidden in the depths, and every mission tests the balance between exploration, duty, and survival. This simulation places you in the roles of the officers and crew who make these voyages possible. The sea is unending. The mysteries are waiting. The story begins beneath the waves.

Current Mission:

Mission 1: Depths of Dawn

The USS Heritage begins its maiden deployment beneath the surface of an uncharted ocean world. After assembling at Deepwave Station, the crew transitions from the safety of land to the depths below, boarding the research submarine for the first time and initiating initial descent protocols.

What begins as a routine systems activation and environmental survey quickly reveals that this world is far from silent. Subtle anomalies—barely perceptible at first—suggest that the deep ocean may be more complex than previously believed.

As the Heritage descends into the abyss, the crew must establish operational stability, coordinate across departments, and begin listening carefully to a world that may already be aware of their presence.

This mission marks the beginning of the Heritage Odyssey—and the first step into a vast, living unknown.
